AN INTRODUCTION TO YOGIC LIFE

This course is designed for those who are looking to deepen their yogic practice or to start one. Based on the five points of yoga, it is a system used by the great yogis from the Himalayas for thousands of years. You will learn how to create you own practice of meditation, pranayama and dive into the philosophy of Vedanta and the four paths of Yoga. After 4 weeks you will have a well based understanding of what Yoga really is and be able to carry it over into everyday life.
EVENING GUIDED MEDITATION
Come join us every Friday evening in Lake Forest for an hour of guided meditation and simple instructions on how to deepen your meditation practice. Chairs will be provided or if you like to sit on the floor please bring a pillow. Meditation will begin at 7:00pm. Please contact Jenna for location.

DEEP PEACE WORKSHOP
A thee hour workshop designed to bring you into a deep state of peace and relaxation. Allowing oneself to dive deep into their native self connecting to the pure love and harmony within. Using a variety of yogic practices of deep breathing exercises, postures and guided meditations, one will be lead into a deep state of inner tranquility and healing. This workshop will also cover basic philosophy and principals of the Yogic way of life.
